We were engaged for the complete interior design to our clients penthouse at 26 on Charles, South Perth. They purchased their apartment off-plan and got us involved prior to commencement of construction, allowing for thorough space planning, colour and material selections and lighting design to suit their requirements.
The main living space was a thoughtful delineation between Entry Hall, Living, Dining, Kitchen and wine room. The clients wanted a timeless feel to the space and a central island bench hub for entertaining family and friends. To achieve their wish list, we worked with a neutral colour palette of black and white to the main living area. Black granite benchtops and porcelain panel splashbacks were selected for the kitchen and e-nook zone. To create a statement we designed the lighting scheme using various diameter Unios Akira and Titanium surface mount ceiling lights. Silver grey oak flooring was selected to be used throughout.
A beautiful piece of gemstone was cut and incorporated to shower recesses, entry hall, and various accents to the main living. The bathrooms again feature black, white and grey with large format porcelain panel wall and floor finishes.
In the main bedroom, a neutral sand grey matt glass paneling acts as storage and privacy divider to the dressing room and ensuite. Bronze dressing mirrors reflect the light and create a feeling of space.
Our German-crafted joinery fit-out included kitchen, entry, living, dressing room, wardrobes, linen, bathrooms, laundry, and alfresco kitchen. Every aspect of this stunning penthouse was considered and designed to achieve our client’s brief in creating their dream home.
